Working with nature and creating things is a wonderful way to relax. Whether people come as a group and spend the whole evening chatting, couples who get a little bit competitive in their creativity, or those coming by themselves, the effect of de-stressing seems to be the same. And as if that's not enough of a treat you also get to take home your beautiful creation.
