This painting captures a moment of invitation - an open way into deeper relationship and fulness of life.  Inspired by the tearing of the temple veil at the moment of Jesus death, Beyond the Veil speaks of access: the veil has been torn so that all may enter in.
Painted during a worship service the deep red curtains symbolise the sacrifice that opens a welcome door -  as we take Jesus hand we no longer stand outside; we are drawn into the very heart of God
