What does it feel like to be set free? What does it feel like to spread your wings and soar?
Rhydd marks the beginning of my 'wing' series that tells the story of freedom, Joy and life as seen in the release and ascent of the dove.
This painting is bold and intuitive,  layers of vivid blues, turquioise and emerald greens contrast the gentle whites and golden tones in the outstretched feathers of the dove - simple, luminous and full of power. This work of art symbolizes the moment when what was grounded rises up, opens its wings and becomes all it was meant to be!
